Monster drops and level
So I'm trying to get some 10 or 30% shield weapon atk scrolls in Renegades but I see that only genin and chunin from the sakura castle questline drops them. Is it true that if your lvl is too high the drop rate will be lower? As in let's say the monster's levels are 80 and you're lvl 120. Would that mean that the drop rate would be lower for you?

well i just checked on hiddenstreet and here. there's no way to know for sure unless you get the character card for them.

Yes, that's how the drop penalty works.
Nothing drops them as 30% scrolls no matter what anything says.
