Matewan Just started up again and Im getting a black screen When I tried logging onto my new character I just end up with a black screen and that character standing on the left corner. How do I fix this?

Matewan Do you ever see people using basil at school? I saw a guy browsing basil in class the other day. I was a bit surprised since he doesn't really look like the type of person who would be into maple.

Matewan Which class do you find the most fun? I can't seem to find the mastery books or items I want in renegades so I'm switching off to bera and chaos on new characters. I was wondering which jobs you guys thought were the most fun. Right now I'm leaning towards phantom since I've never really played them before, but I just made one last night and although it's weak I like the skill stealing skill.

Matewan Running two instances of Maplestory So I started playing again recently on a newer account since my old account got hacked and I don't feel like it's secure enough even though I've changed the password and everything. The hacker didn't bother taking anything from Bera, which is where I'm playing on my new account. The question I have is: How can I run two instances of maple so that I can transfer items over?

Matewan Do you play chess? I never really played as a kid. Learned the rules at age 7 or 8 and I only played during rainy days for PE. Trying to get back into it now though.

Matewan Would you ever join the military? So I have a friend at my university who's taking a few years off to join the Marines. So he's one of those guys who's been completely independent since he's turned 18. He basically worked most nights at Jack in the Box from 10PM-4AM and still had class at 7 in the morning all while having to pay rent cause he couldn't get on campus living. He still managed he get a really high GPA like 3. something, but I guess he can't go on living like this anymore so he's joining the military for the benefits. With all this being said I can't help but think about some of the horror stories I've heard from some Iraq war veterans like how they were forced to kill kids who would come up to them with AKs.

Matewan Rude people on the streets So during my morning commutes to school I pass by a stop called "Japantown ayer". Today these two black guys in the back saw me and said something like "oooh ^%&% homie this be yo land!". During the rest of the ride they kept shouting out a bunch of Japanese stereotypes and saying things like I was gonna karate chop them. Right when I was abut to get on the bus to go back home a bunch of these high school kids saw me and started shouting at me. I didn't hear what they said but they kept laughing and I know they were just trying to make me feel uncomfortable. Does this ever happen to you guys?

Matewan Were you dcing the last few days? This has nothing to do with gms being down right now. So started a day or two ago I logged on and was dcing every 3-5minutes. It had nothing to do with my internet connection though so I'm wondering if this had happened to anyone else.

Matewan Keep disconnecting every few minutes Just started happening earlier today. My internet connection seems to be fine when I use firefox, and maple isn't really laggy but once in awhile when I type stuff it doesn't show up. Anyone know what's going on?

Matewan Monster drops and level So I'm trying to get some 10 or 30% shield weapon atk scrolls in Renegades but I see that only genin and chunin from the sakura castle questline drops them. Is it true that if your lvl is too high the drop rate will be lower? As in let's say the monster's levels are 80 and you're lvl 120. Would that mean that the drop rate would be lower for you?
