Just started up again and Im getting a black screen
When I tried logging onto my new character I just end up with a black screen and that character standing on the left corner. How do I fix this?

restart your computer, that usually works
yeah but I don't get anything else and I can't move.
isn't that supposed to happen if you start an explorer?
