Only deluxe and princessoids can be karma'd and traded. They will have the same hair/eyes after trade.

Only Deluxe Androids can be Karma'd.

@sparkshooter : Is indeed correct when it comes to Deluxe Androids. (This is directed to @absolutemyth : ).
However, on a normal Android (The Android (M)/(F)), you cannot karma it.
[b]When you equip an android it has a face. It cannot change unless using coupons. Therefore, the answer to your question is yes, it will keep its hair and face if you karma it.[/b]
