So if I were to apply the normal innocence scroll to my staff (which I should have done as soon as RED hit).
Will I keep my potential, bonus potential, and nebulite?
I think the Perfect one had something to do with additional options?
The only difference I can see is that the normal innocence scroll [i]"does not apply bonus stats"[/i]. What does that even mean?

both do that
from my understanding, they're basically the same but perf inno resets items like reverse items to pre-growth state while normal inno doesn't
