Maplestory Robo Pet

Hello Basilers,

I was just wondering if it is normal for your robo pet to be constantly 'freezing' every 10 seconds or so.
My robo pet does this flexing/vibrating movement (whether in air or ground) and stays in place for a good second and does not follow me.
This lag-effect ultimately creates distance between the pet and I (as I am constantly moving) thus the pet teleports to me and misses all the drops that could have been picked up if it did not freeze.

I do keep it constantly fed.

Is this a normal outcome?

Thanks!

I would love a Gorilla Robo. Sadly, Until they make evolution stones available without nx, I wont be trying to get it.

I was wondering if it was because it's an 'evolving' pet.
I've been playing (on and off) since 07 and I believe I understand pet mechanics but since this is my first evolving pet, it got me stumped.
Not sure if I should contact nexon if this is a bug or not,

The pet speed is still the same as when most people had just 100% walking speed and no FJ[/quote]

I understand that. If I'm moving too quickly, the pet will teleport to me.
This is a different scenario, sorry I didn't make myself clearer.
The pet literally freezes in place, whether I am close or far. I could be doing a simple jump on a small platform and it would do that weird flexing/vibrating animation and be stuck in mid air. I could be (definitely) within range and it'll just decide to do that animation.

Hmm, I really never noticed on my other 5 characters I have pets on (Dog/dog/cake/pie/cat).. but this one is obviously apparent.
