Both are new stars that you need to get a recipe of some sort plus multiples of crystals/plates to make. For example: http://www.basilmarket.com/show/screen/205877/0/Infinite_throwingknives.html

Maple Stars used to be kinda common.
However, they're REALLY overpriced for what you get. The only reason someone would buy them is for collecting. I think that they had the same ATT as Kumbis, but cost about 10x as much.
Most of those are new stars, so you can get them by making them. Maple stars are from the 2nd anniversary (I think, correct me if I'm wrong). I haven't seen a set for sale in the FM in a long time, but they used to go for no more than a few mil.
