As for the "test and verify", rings can't be anvilled anyways.
Well, if it could be done, and there was no effect, then what would be the point? Make people believe you have a WABR?
OT: Rings can't be "anvilled".
The anvil states what items it can "fuse". Just check in the Cash Shop.
but the thing is that an anvil'd hero glove still has its effect, then why can't a anvil'd WABR have a similar effect?
