I'm seeing canes for 500m so he set effect is def worth it more now
A decent %luk is like9 and that's almost 800m for one bot..

most if not all the thief sets is extremnely cheap expecially cheap canes you can probably get the whole set minus the cane for less then 100-300 mil and the cane seems to have gotten tons cheaper I have been seeing those canes at 400-500 mil soo your not going to get to many % luk gear unless you wanna stack 3% luk on each equips thats cheap o.o
20-30k Buffed. I have Full Empress with around 50%Luk and I have a 50k range buffed with MW12 and max everything else (SE, Rage and Combo Attack for my buffs).
My character right now. I have full empress (all clean except for 5 attack cape) and 13% luck on the side. Level 22 cane expert and a 6% attack card. My buffed range (maxed all skills + rage) is 29.8k and my unbuffed range stands at 19.7k.
i would love to know also, im switching from %luk to empress ~!
