Ultimate game card is the worst. i had the same problem, i had to create an account to get enuf points to redeem the other 10$

Well apparently there's two different UGCs. I've bought the red ones and they do a currency exchange and you get less than $20. But I also bought some blue ones and they don't do any of that, they give you the full $20.

When I used ultimate game card $20 It said that half of my card went it to Ultimate points and that I had to redeem them
Which I did just fine.. But I stopped using Ultimate cards because the whole process was a drag.

Ultimate game cards are the biggest scam. I'm not sure if they fixed their problem yet but you now probably have 10 dollars in credit except it's not exactly 10 so you can't redeem the other 10. It's just under the amount of points you need so you're unable to claim your other $10 as far as I know, I bought a $20 card as well and had this experience, best of luck to you.
go back and log in with the email you used and you can use the other $10
