@genostigma: Ah ok, either way better be safe than sorry, keep it inside the Cash Shop, there is nothing confusing about that. They should just follow the guide, those weren't my words, it's just something that was mentioned in the guide anyway.

Plenty of players who lost the coupon by cancelling it without reading it and indeed there is no refund.

@hualicious: I mentioned this because you stated- "It should stay inside the Cash Shop" further confusing people who are buying these coupons. Inside the CS or outside it works the same way, they both expire. The only difference is if it's outside you have the option to cancel w/o a refund. Anyways, event is over so GG! Bye hun

It should stay inside the Cash Shop as 'pending'. If you move it into your inventory you can cancel it by double clicking it, which is described in step 8.

I know players have wasted their Name Change Coupons because of this.

Yeah it expires. If you chose your name then it should have gone through, you'll have to wait until the 27th and see.
And you always have the purchase history on the Nexon website to back you up if something does go wrong.

this is how nexon takes your money, now you can't even complain about it.
