Anyone here outside of US and played blaze wizard? Does orbital flame have a massive delay?

Not quite more like delayed. Attack happens late.
May not seem like a big deal but trust me it is. In situations like bossing it will just get you killed constantly to damage reflect. Not to mention less dps for being laggy.

Yes it does unless you use third party programs to decrease your ms
Yeah I do, it's not massive but it does decrease your damage output by quite a bit.
Like if you see 5 throwing animations you'll only throw 2-3 orbitals (in my case).
