%Att > % Total damage > %stat/att, depending on how much you have. If you have only like 30% stat, then atts obv gonna be better, but you should prob go for %stat over att

it actually depends.. Total dmg% and atk% depend on the player themselves

No idea about the chart but it's generally % att>% total dmg>% stats>att
