Since the Useless potentials will go away does that mean that useless character card effects will also go away and be replaced with better ones? will it happen for the red update?

Probably not, but they need to get rid of the crap Character cards and redo them. How can %boss dmg be fairly compared to adding an almost negligible amount of jump, I am being penalized for playing my favorite classes because their character cards suck
