Won't work. Any number of reasons.

1. People can farm occult scrolls themselves, and generally have a surplus of blue coins anyway. Why would they bother paying you for this?
2. Occult scrolls are buyable once a day, that's a pretty severe limit on the number of hats you can scroll
3. Your hats are going to boom most of the time.
4. CRA is deflating
5. Everyone else is going to try to do something like this, and drag each other down
6. Revamp isn't coming for a long time

That took...like a minute to come up with? Pretty sure there are more flaws somewhere.

You also don't know how hammers work. Sell the Gollux equip clean if you don't know what you're doing.

Ideas about your idea:

1) The occult scrolls are 90%, so in theory 1 out of every 10 should fail and blow up the item. Hats have over 10 slots. Obviously this theory isn't accurate, since scrolls aren't dependent on each other, but just be careful. You never know what scrolls could fail
2) People might not want the hats, since they'll see through the trick
3) If the equip is pre-scrolled with occult scrolls, it better have a good potential to make up for the missing mainstat that cogs give
4) Why post this on basil? Everybody will copy your idea and the price will drop insanely
5) It'll be hard to sell a non fully scrolled ra piece, unless it has a good pot. Missing two hammers will make people annoyed.
6) People aren't gonna buy superior earrings that are only +1 for 1.05b. Nobody wants to buy an unfinished gollux equip, unless its clean. Not to mention that clean ones in broa are about 700m,

Yes obviously you will make money, thats if you can sell, but don't sell right away, wait for someone to make a move and establish a price
