Pokemon eng subs
Today I randomly decided to watch an episode of pokemon, but as I was watching something didn't feel right. I felt really bothered for some reason and it wasn't until halfway through the episode I noticed it was eng subbed. The last time I watched pokemon was 5 years ago and seeing ash or "satori" not speak english was really weird. Just wondering if others feel like pokemon dubbed is the way to go ( I watch other animes in eng subbed, just pokemon is different)

One time I was watching pokemon and there was no dubbed option, so I had to watch subbed and I was shocked when I saw Ash cussing LMAO
The English version leaves out too many good things, so I prefer subbed.
It took you ~10 minutes to realize the show you're watching is in another language?

growing up with the dubbed version makes it weird to hear and watch a subbed version, same goes with dbz, just cant do subbed for those two.
I do prefer watching them in the dub, but the original season was just straight up terrible in terms of Ash's voice.
DBZ & pokemon are a couple of the few animes i prefer dub'd compared to sub.
