HELP health advice

Hey guys!
I need your advice here. Recently, pimples started to form on my head, and I've tried to do everything that google tells me to do. i.e. Have good hygiene, wash frequently, sleep early etc. However, none of this seems to help and I'm not sure, but it seems to be getting worse. My buds are always making jokes about it, but i don't really care though. However, if anyone has some past experience and can share some things I could do to treat (which is not widely used/out of the ordinary) and get rid of it, please leave a comment below. Please don't be a jerk and troll, for your immature children out there.

Thanks~ Jim

Not to offend anyone including you here, but what would pimples be classified as other than a health issue? A mechanical issue?

Jim.
Dandruff shampoo on your face.
I'm fo srs.

Don't use like the super harsh ones though. (I wouldn't use TGel)

Just anything with:
Pyrithione Zinc
Selenium Sulfide
Salisylic Acid

Neutrogena has this pink colored facial cleanser with salisylic acid too.
Salisylic is my fave.

Of course I'm only talking out of experience, I'm no dermatologist.

Also, never touch your face. It's ridiculous how easy it is to make a pimple by just touching.
Whenever you eat, you should wash every where food may have touched.
Thanks for the further advice. I use Head and Shoulders which I think should be fine, since I have used it for so many years and pimples have only begun to appear just months ago. I will check out the Neutrogena and products with those compounds in it! Thanks again and have a nice day sir.

Jim.

Yep, I wash my face at least twice a day but I think I could drink more water. Thanks for the suggestions and have a great day!

Well oatmeal is supposed to be a natural cleanser. be sure to moisturise to lock in some moisture given from the oatmeal. I think the oatmeal has some anti-redness properties and helps a bit with acne in general too. You can also use it as a mask and just apply it and let it sit for 10-15 minutes and then rinse it off.
Okay, thank you very much once again! Have a nice day.
Forgot to add. Exfoliate your skin 2-3 times a week MAX, but this is crucial to rub off any excess skin cells on your face.

Never touch your face yadayada,

Another way is to use sugar and lemon juice. Put some sugar on your face and lemon on a cotton pad/ball to massage over your face. the sugar grains are round so it'll feel much nicer than an exfoliant. Sugar does something but i forgot, and lemon has some kinda acid.
Thanks for the extra information. Just a question though, does the oatmeal one help with getting rid of pimples? Or do you believe your advice is more effective with it?

Jim.

Gel based light cleanser, use palms to clean hands, look for an alcohol toner. Pat dry skin and stuff

Thank you very much Sir, I will be sure to try them out! Have a nice day.

Jim.

after cleansing put some toning liquid on a cotton ball/pad and wipe it over your face and especially around your T-Zone.

Rice water helps soften your skin and stuff i think.

Over the counter get some benzoyl peroxide 5% or some tea tree oil. Make sure the oil is 100% tea tree, not the body shop crap. Best of luck sir.

Oh and green tea, or use a lemon/lemon water.
