Windia boss nebulites
Hi does anyone in Windia have a 20% boss neb for sale? I'm not sure if nexon changed anything but it seems like boss nebs suddenly became very rare in the market. Or were they just duped in the past?

But you see, 1-2 weeks ago they were only around 900m and there were seriously stacks of them in some shops :l
