Can you still get this medal? It used to be obtainable with lvl100 diligence but the quest is no longer with Kenta or in the medals tab. Can anyone confirm?

Can you still get this medal? It used to be obtainable with lvl100 diligence but the quest is no longer with Kenta or in the medals tab. Can anyone confirm?
