Is Elin PQ Glitched?
I'm hunting cards on my bowmaster, and my friend is helping me with 2 of her characters (We're all over lvl120)
We got all the way through to the end, she dropped that crystal thing in the spot the boss is supposed to spawn but he doesn't?
Is it glitched or are we doing something wrong?

Nope, you're just not supposed to drop it anymore. All the PQs pretty much don't involve dropping anymore except for the CD stage in Orbis PQ I think.
EDIT: It's whoever has the crystal. Try getting closer to it too, some stages in PQs require you to get up close to the object.
