The probably not so xpensive Fur Earsquot p/c

I just got "Expensive fur Ears" from the premium suprise box thing and it's perm.
Also, I've seen server announcements when people get them so i assume it's valuable, but it's probably not worth much.
How much do you think it'd go for in Windia?
