Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist you with this issue and ask that should any further incidents occur that you report them as soon as you are able. In the future we ask that you [b]report these incidents within a 7 day span from when the incident occurred [/b]or as close to it as possible.

Nexon's customer service certainly is not good, but at least it's not like they flat out don't care. A year ago, my account was hacked and I sent a ticket to Nexon. A month ago, I came on to find that my account had once again been hacked. I sent another angry, ranting ticket to Nexon (I was still getting auto-replies for the other ticket). In a little more than a week, they responded and gave me 300k maple points. I think @IHezDied is on to something here...or maybe Nexon's customer service improved within the last few months and they're just trying to work backwards to the old tickets.

On a side note, I think petitions only work if the targeted party does not know about the issue.

Who knows.. I got hacked a month ago, and someone else got hacked the same day, we both submitted our tickets. Who got their answered? Certainly not mine, but theirs.. like that's some bs right there. PLUS, theirs got answered within the hour.

I know they are doing better its not like we are saying they suck or anything and the letter is pretty nice.

I just signed the following petition addressed to: Nexon America Inc.
Greetings, Nexon America Inc. We as a community have had immense difficulty interacting with you as a costumer. It takes several weeks to months for tickets to be answered and many have complained of 'copy and paste' answers being given. We want more interaction with you and to do this I suggest that due to the immense number of people sending tickets that a team be created to deal directly with the players. So when person A sends a ticket that person can expect a reply from a few days to a week.
Thank-you for your corporation in this matter that is crippling the experience people have with you and with the fantastic MMOs that you have offered to us.

Since like, spring 2012, their customer service has been stepping up their game a bit. They've managed to patch duping, removing a large, but not all, amounts of duped gear and scrolls, starting to work more on fixing bugs, even though most aren't that important, even started to give NX compensations to some players and becoming more active on the forums. They even stopped the second item generator exploit [b]loads[/b] faster than the last exploit.
