All skill X lvls potential
I got all skill lvls +3 on my helm and would it bypass the skill prerequisites? for example, ishtar ring needs 20 stunning strikes, lets say my stunning strikes is 17 and thanks to the potential gets it to lvl 20, would it allow me to use ishtar's ring?

Pre-requisite skills need to be maxed via SP to be unlocked and used. So no, it doesn't work that way, sorry.

my czak has +2 all skills and it works for every job not just 4th as to answer the TS's question i don't think it works that way

Only CO can go over max level.

messed up the skill points... i was hoping nexon would give legends sp reset, but no.....
I don't think it does. Prereqs have to be base level.
I think so. Why would you not max out Stunning Strikes, anyways?
