how much range would I need to solo evo

I heard the empress minions drop empress shoulder and cape, which I need badly
is it possible for a bishop?
which one?
what cores and stuff do I need?
and what range do I need to kill its ass before time limit for a bishop

Minions do not drop shoulders, only Empress herself does (in evo)
I've heard that some classes just can't solo evo empress even when all their hits are damage cap, not sure if that's our case too. Nevertheless, with a 45k range I was able to solo Evo Oz to get the cape in around ~11 minutes, so maybe around 25k range is enough to finish within the time limit I'd suppose.
