The only thing xenon could have over phantom is clean range but once you start throwing on phantoms buffs (130%atk, 60atk) xenon falls behind quickly, not to mention phantom does more dps% anyways. xenon would win on burst damage, but for anything important he wont 1hko it so it doesnt matter
Phantom funded beats xenon any day, personally I found phantom more fun and versatile you can do anything whit a phantom and dont forget the extra life
for the Xenon is was kinda a faceroll char before the nerf, mmm I s a faceroll char afeter the nerf too CX but is easier to fund than a phantom by a lot, is fun too just that phantom beat him, the biggest pro for xenon, I would say is Roo-D i freaking love him
why not make both? i did, i ended up liking my xenon more cause i dont like people anymore, and if youre a phantom, people will beg and beg you to come to SH, HoH, WG with them ... like all the time bleh </3
Phantom out damages Xenon, Xenon is potentially cheaper because you can get pirate equips which are 1/2 the cost of thief clean tyrant/ CRA. I found I was bored of phantom fairly quick tho, never really mained my xenon, its just sitting at 12x
if you're looking for damage, definitely xenon. if you're looking for fun game play, i'd choose phantom. i play both, and I have both unfunded, my xenon is lvl 142 and it does at least 50k per line, while my unfunded phantom does on;y like 30k per line.

I do have both, and I enjoy them both equally, but I can't decide on which one to focus on.. :c

I dig mobility and damage, but i feel like phantom's playstyle is more fun. This is such a tough choice LOL. </3

Phantoms are more fun IMO
