That medal is different from the Time Traveler Medal I'm wearing now. The medal acquired during the Justice patch is received from Neo City.

Why would it be the return of VPQ? It would be nice to have it return but just because they mentioned aliens doesn't necessarily mean it's directly related to the Visitor Event.
And also the 'visitors' weren't aliens they were maplers from the future, lol
Hopefully it's about the alternate dimension mentioned in some NLC quests.

Obvious answers would be the Time traveler medal (chances are that it might even be nerfed) and/or those unwelcome and VIP equips. Who wouldn't want those nice VIP equips? I personally thought, as well, from experience that it was fun.

But in all honesty, the fun factor should be weighed in heavily when implementing new content. I had the most fun at the first VPQ when I was a lvl 154 DB, trying to beat the respawn rate in the bombs stage at the lvl 120+ PQ

Because it definitely looks like you would have trouble in a revamped VPQ

If it is VPQ, hopefully it will be just as challenging as it was the first time it came out. BB, Chaos, Ascension raised the standards of the average mapler, and if Nexon were to implement the same VPQ as it was back in the day, it would be no fun. Like CWKPQ: back in the day, it was fun because it was challenging and required lots of teamwork. After its re-release, it's not as fun as it was before (don't get me wrong, I was, too, excited about the return CWKPQ)
if it comes back it will be the nerfed TMS Time traveler medal they nerfed theirs from 10/10 to like 2/2
