Demand an extension on tickets then they should be more clear and furthermore should inform the player that the tickets wont be sold on thee 11th this would have cleard EVERYTHING up.

The 11th means 1 minute after December 10th 11:59 PM PST (Nexon Time)
RLH is still up, but the tickets are not suppose to. They are only sold till the 10th:
November 27 to December 10 in the Special Promotions > Limited Time Specials category.
