Paladin hype train
While everyone was drooling over drks and their oversized forks, I had my eyes on the paladin.
Now questions before making a pally,
2h or 1h?
BW or sword?
What kind of range is achievable with like 20-30bish ?
I wanna see if this char could hit 5 million a hit with blast, what range would be needed for this to happen?
Are they fun? Usually play mages

Paladins are terrible, worst class ever. No one should make a Pally. But if you do, they're a lot of fun. With 254k range and 115% boss, I do ~2.5mil per Blast line...so....use that to gauge your damage?
Also, why is Lightning so much stronger than Holy? I've tried everything and cannot get Holy to outdo Lightning
Well I don't really know what else to on maple atm but boss....other than the occasional trip to warrior grounds
Blast is pretty useless after RED tbh.. unless your bossing... other then that... Lighting Charge > Blast lol
best thing about paladin is the better gear you have the better def as well because str = wep def + shield mastery = oh my.
Yea celt by making a thread I know all info is up to date, so sheild mastery a actually works with a rosary? How much is a fafnir clean one hand sword?

As a regular in the drk forums, I know how you feel (even though I didn't make the guide). XD
Look at my Paladin guide. It'll tell you all the differences between 1H, 2H, Swords, and Maces.
Sometimes I wonder why I even bother putting that in there if NOBODY freakin reads it and just decides to make, quite literally, the 500th thread about this topic.

Shield mastery works with both rosary and shield.

As a veteran mage player, Pallies are my favourite non-mage class
I just never bothered funding mine which I regret
There's a bandwagon for both pallys and drks so IMO, if you like the pally's style, you should be alright with your choice (cause zero will be the bigger bandwagon). I used to like the old drk vs hero days but times have to change y'know? :b
OT: I'm guessing 1h/2h swords are more expensive than BW because of heros but then again....DS uses 1h BW iirc. So maybe the 2h BW is cheapest?
