P/c and tips on scrolling
I need some help putting prices on these things... I am very poor and have horrible equips and i want to know if these are worth anything at all:

Which ones are worth using scissors on and how much are all of them worth?

The 2 star scroll enhancement scrolls should sell they are like 200mil in YMCK
