I've accidentally downloaded a Heur trojan onto my mac. I've gotten it into safe boot and deleted the undeletable "video" in my trash bin. is the trojan still in my computer?

@mrcolorado yes it can be hidden as no detection method is perfect
however with the info i have been provided with so far, i cannot tell you if you are still infected or not
i think this one was adapted for a mac. kaspersky says there are two threats detected. but they seem to have vanished after deleting the undeletable video in my trash bin. am i still infected? like can the virus be hidden from detection?
