My VIP was 210 atk, and jay's is 235 atk xD empress is typically the best way to go but when you can afford perfect non-empress equips it's just as good. my friend sulphureyes has no empress equips and he rocks a 90k range. empress is useful if you're a one classs kind of guy, but pa can switch everything short of his bow (my old vip) to any other archer. and some of those to just any other dex based class. empress is best for damage, but vip is more useful in terms of having multiple chars and don't say "who would have 2 bm's" i think crissy (teenyheal, wbbbq, iahveyou, hehewings) has like..3-4 lvl 200 bishops xD (cause she's weird) <3 u @teenyheal

emperss bow: 10bil for a max scrolled 3L legendary..
i sold my 210 attack vip 9% atk, 9% total damage, 30% pdr for 100k nx x.x you aren't gonna get much better than that bow's aren't worth much right now
