FYI, three times in the last two days, I used sacrifice, and did not get the buff, but lost my evil eye.

FYI, three times in the last two days, I used sacrifice, and did not get the buff, but lost my evil eye.

I use the normal DRK buffs, and I have dSI. Sometimes, when I use sacrifice, I just lose my evil eye, without gaining anything. This is obviously on bosses, since I don't need sacrifice other times.
I'm usually with my kanna, because I use it as a mule. I think the Haku's buff is causing it, although it is hard to determine. I have had it happen many times since this posting >.<
Can you give any more information on this? It's been working okay for me
