Why do i feel like 50% Mastery Books are less than 50%?

Hi guys,
Recently, I came back from a 5-month MS break, and tbh, things have changed alot....
Anyway, the past week, I decided i wanted to continue my DB, so since it was already 100, I raised all my SP, but... there was 5 SP left....
Realizing that Shadow Meld can get to 20 SP, I went to the FM in order to search for a Meld book.
To make things shorter, I'm just gonna say, after searching for a while, I found it. As it figures, it fails...... after buying another one, it fails...., ANOTHER one, it fails... my recent [b]4th[/b] one..... fails. So, after spending around 150m, I got nothing basically. And now, on my Hero, I've been through [b]2[/b] ACA 30s so far. So basically thats 6 50% books. Isn't this supposed to be a [b]50%[/b] book?
Anyone else feel like this too? Unlucky much?

I failed 6 50% books, and wasted over 150m. Anyone else? Am I just unlucky ?

Okay. I officially hate 50% books now.
2 more shadow melds failed, and considering I'm not very rich, and in fact, quite poor, that was like half of my money (costed 80m)..

well considering how it took 9 mw30's to pass, i do believe the rate is 1% ;[
I've failed 12 20% scrolls in a row.
Lol.. just failed a raging blow 30. This is just lols.
It's 50% Failure, and 50% Maybe. That's how it works.

Interesting.... Still haven't passed shadow meld . Apparently I am gonna have to spend more for more Skill 10 books, so I guess maybe ill just not play on my DB, or waste 5.9k NX XD

Yeah, it's like as if nexon favors certain people, and give them higher success rates... But, ehh I guess it's just random.
Lol I remember failing 7 DI 30's in a row, followed by 3 zerk 30's in a row. There was a 1/1024 probability that that would happen, but there I was. As a matter of fact, If that small 1/1024 outcome didn't occur every once in a while you should be suspicious. I mean, its only the mechanics of our universe were talking about here.

I guess i can consider myself lucky within the unlucky community, but not lucky within the lucky community

I failed about 8 Dragon Strike 30 before I was able to pass the skill. T__T
I know people who have failed around 15 50% books. Like 3 were mw30. Consider yourself lucky.
I think you're just unlucky. It's all chance, really. I also believe that the percentage they give is not exact. (Not sure where I read that from.)
