Inner ability
So basically,
I had 30 atk inner, but i reset it. Now my 2nd line is 34% buff duration which causes FC to be unlimited (3secs before buff is gone I can recast it)
So I hear people talking about 1st line having the best possible lines, would that mean this 34% buff is actually not even the "main" line?
Besides, 34% buff is good enough as long as i have unlimited FC right? or should i be aiming to get 50%?

Is it even possible to lock the rank and second line? The last time I tried to lock a legendary rank and a unique second line my IA dropped to unique.
@Axnslicer: Well thanks haha, i guess ima farm loads of honor exp now for first and 3rd line xD 13k each try is kinda costy

A level 200 Mech/Mercedes will remove the 3 second gap. Grats on getting a perfect second IA line.

@antisenpai whoa really? i thought 34% buff was just a worse version of the 50% meaning I wouldnt get any other good lines anymore lol!

34% buff is a "unique" line where as 30 attack is a "legendary" line so yes it's not the main optimal stat you can get but it's awesome for a second and third line so you should lock it and reset hoping to get that attack back or attack speed. For reference the legendary equivalent of buff duration is in the range of 40-50 seconds.
As long as you have unlimited FC it's all good.
50% is max but you don't need max being as how you're already not having to wait to cast.
For your first line I'd go for Critical rate, I think highest is 30% but I have 28%, it's good to have 100% critical rate for bosses like Hard Magnus, and CRA (Mostly Cvellum) cause even though Mirror Target will activate Shadow Meld, it's a pain in the ass to continually monitor that + att + evade. ^^
Or you can go for +1 Attack speed incase you don't have Decent Speed Infusion gloves. (This is also beneficial if you decide to be like me and learn about the other Explorer Thief jobs)
Third line should be Item drop rate, or really anything useful lol.
Also, I'm so jealous of your buff duration! I have 13% on my third line and it's not enough for Unlimited FC, almost though.. almost..
