if by good you mean cap on boss , slightly over 2mil clean which i guess is 150bil?
if you want to cap on mobs too that would cost more than 500 bil

Depends on what you mean by well. If you want to be pro, anything over 30b in my book. If you want to be godly, over 100b at the very least

OT: At least 20bil to do the equivalent damage to a 2bil funded Drk.
It depends on what 'well funded' means for you. before we know that, we cant give you any good answers
U need much more, coz if u really want to do godly dmg, then u need atleast 15% - 21% luk on all of ur equips, which will cost u more then 20 bill + mesos just for tht. If u want decdent dmg, then buy Empress set. Hope i helped.
Too much. IIRC, Thieves are still the most expensive to fund.
