ITT: People who think anything "Nvidia" isn't crap.
...looks like I'm going to be the first to post something useful.

The identically priced Radeon HD 7770 performs better and can at least play Skyrim on High. It would take the more expensive [urlhttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125451]Radeon HD 7850 1 GB to comfortably run Skyrim on Ultra at 1080p.

*You've already missed the HIS Radeon HD 7850 2 GB.
So, any suggestions on a new power supply/gpu?
Big or small
In your computer, the 430 watt PSU can easily power the HD 7770, but isn't recommended for the HD 7850. I mention the overkill 650 watt PSU because the headroom allows for high-end and enthusiast video card upgrades.

@Mynameisgregory: It does have to do with the graphics card... considering how much ram you have. Anyways for 500$ that is an amazing deal kid. Stop trying to down play it!

That does seem like a build that would run smoothly, though I don't know the performance levels of the 620. On the topic of 200, it might be close, my 560Ti runs Skyrim on ultra just fine and the card is about 230 dollars, but I'm not sure if your PSU can handle a better card. You MIGHT need 300, 70 or so for a new PSU and 230 for a new card. However wait until one of our computer wizards here on basil answes.
What's the point of 10gb ram, even 8 gb should suffice.
Bought the Comp for 500(not sure if it was even a good deal?). Seemed cheap to me at the time for all of what it included.
Looks to me like you can already run it smoothly lol.
Can not run it smoothly on ultra, only on medium... I believe that has to do with the graphics card though.
