When I do it, it takes me 10 minutes.
I have a 850-950k range while doing it, with 130%boss and 52% PDR.

last time i did it on my shad i was 191k range with around 70% boss or so and finished in 3X minutes.
im at 340k range 64%pdr 110% boss, 14mins
I first started ranking with ~230k range and 90% boss. That got me about 23 minutes.
Getting rank 10 gloves takes about 900k range and 200% boss, depending on what time you go at.
215k 142% boss 71% pdr, 23mins.
im DB but 305k range, 55% pdr, 27% boss 19mins
With about a 520k range I finish between 12-14 minutes depending on the lag
