Asking again Gms UampI Party Exp Bonus all maps

This is the 2nd thread I have asked this question, but the first one people either went off topic or simply just..whatever.
Above link shows that in KMS's U&I, Party Bonus EXP was available in all maps. I know that GMS's update notes has no mention of it, but in case they added it without mentioning it:

From what I've seen, I think nexon has added party play to all maps.
