What is this?
So apparently ... new characters get lvl 20 automatically in Blessing of the Fairy? When did this happen?
(this is on a newly made BT on a new server, I was testing for weapon multiplier of BT)

Yup, I did a few tests and my results were that as well.
Edit: OMG ... how do I change tags .... I deliberately tagged it "nope, no immature tags" then someone goes and ruins it.
