I just found this singer and I think he sounds a lot like another singer I know of, but my friend doesn't feel like listening to them to compare, so here I am! Maybe you guys can tell me what you think. [b][i]I'm talking about the VOICES, not the actual music.[/i][/b]

Well why the heck not? It's pretty ignorant, in my opinion, to reject something automatically just because you can't understand it and refuse to try to understand it.

Idan Raichel was actually the first Israeli band I listened to. Haha. I love Mimeamakim the most out of all the songs I listened to. And I have listened to Subliminal, but usually only when he collabs with other singers I like.

Songs like what? Where not all the instruments are real? Almost all of the instruments are real, so I honestly have no idea what you're going on about.
Or is it that they're not in English? If that's the reason, you really need to try to open your mind to new things.
