The New Louie-Roid (Female) appearance
The new Louie Roid (female) available in the reboot shop. You must complete Sizzling Santa in order to purchase her. It takes a total of 14 days of completing 3 Santa missions (the final quest for Mas requires an additional 10 for a total of 40 missions) to unlock the Louie roid.

I spoke with a GM two hours ago and they said that it's a bug. Didn't save the chat log, but the GM said this "Upon checking, I'm sorry to inform you that this is indeed a current issue which our game team is currently working. We are working on a fix that we will try to run on the next maintenance. Hopefully this will fix this issue. Just keep an eye on our website for updates and patch notes."
Feel free to talk to a GM and see for yourself tomorrow during live chat hours, but I was told that the droids were supposed to be buyable for all people.
