They have decent bossing capabilities. Like for example gollux, you just stay one place.

I thought lumi was pretty quick.
1-30: job questline
30-70: theme dungeons
70-120: rnj
120-140: dipq/mpe
140-160: mp3
160+: sdh

wild hunters

Luminous levels extremely quick. Luminous are MADE to mob.
Zero storyline is fairly quick to get to 180+ and you start at 100 (laughs). Just use a Quest Booster (10 Days)
Demon Slayers are fairly fast and you need less funds than most classes as well.
Bishop. Once you get to Third Job, you level REALLY fast. 70+, you level faster than most classes as you support other classes throughout.
Kanna is fairly quick from 1-140, then slows down pretty bad, then gets faster again at 165+ due to leeching at SDH.
Blaze Wizard also levels fast too Pre-Nerf LOL. If you are funded, they are VERY efficient at SDH........VERY efficient. Very fast 165++ if you hit hard enough from your equips.

Mihile

1-100 Zero (takes like 5 minutes)
1-120 Zero still
1-150 Probably still Zero
1-180 Maybe Zero but some other classes might be catching up.

Other than zero, Lumi was strong 1-120 and leveld fast. BW and NW before their nerf killed RJPQ so they just power leveled. Most explorers and Phantoms I found were quite slow 1-120, except for NL once he got access to showdown 100+ was fine.
