Unusual things you hate or like

Is there anything unusual you especially enjoy or especially dislike?

Doesn't only have to be things, foods, people. Can also be things like a day, specific seasons, a condition, ....

Personally I really love root chips (Taro, sweet potato, ..) and I really hate distance.

@Sidemx: awwwwwww he really must be a lil cutie haha xD
wonder how it's gonna be for me eventually.... if all babies walk like lil homos? that would be so cute lol
so now, go on your quest to hate even less things on your list ;o ~

@Nashi: Because my cousin has a one year old son, and he's just too cute.
He walks like a homosexual who's on his way to the mall and just got his nails done.
And the way he laughs makes my heart melt.

@Snovvy: o.o I have no clue how fast that is... I walk faster than most people but I don't run or anything

@Snovvy: o.o I didn't sit still for a single second though so I can't quite know... I kept walking and walking and walking the entire time. I only barely moved when taking pics of the stag beetle but even then I kept moving around to get a good angle (failed anyway)
and I really dunno cause I didn't go overly far in the forest either it's huuuggeee but I didn't walk far cause I heard thunder rolling and since stag beetles are very loyal to their area I didn't wanna walk too deep. I haven't been deeper into it for a while. (where were still streets or houses near pretty much)

@Snovvy: I said earlier I had a big black mosquito trying to nom me... didn't let it though. And considering the amount of insects there (also including those lil mosquito looking things flying around trees, reg looking flies on plants, bugs, ... ants too I guess?) I don't think they're doing anything to it at all. People walk through it but that's it. If it'd be managed (which would include getting rid of dead wood imo) then there wouldn't be a chance for stag beetles to exist in this area but they clearly do o:

@Snovvy: We don't have the space for such parks. And the forest I was in looked like the first video just that there was no wood path. The pathways are either purely brown forest floor or really rocky and mossy. The other areas are either too steep or have too many plants on them (and I don't wanna trample them..)
There are a lot of insects flying around in the forest and an incredible amount of birds but since you (optionally) only walk on the rocky/mossy/plain pathways everyone walks on you won't really have a chance for zits (as you're not crossing any grassy areas really). You can get through it savely and honestly I wouldn't wanna walk over untouched areas cause I don't wanna kill any pretty plants, insects or other tiny animals or interrupt their life further than I already am.

@Snovvy: ; A ; no parks are plain and boring. They don't have that pleasing scent of moist forest floor. Moss, rotting leaves...
Parks don't have so many different birds (I actually HEARD a woodpecker on saturday twice! AMAZING!), the birds don't sing as loudly (or rather it doesn't sound as loud cause the noises around the park (cars, passengers.... traffic yanno) interfere with the singing of the birds whereas it can echo so nicely in the forest...
They also don't have such a great variety of flora (diff trees and the tiny plants on the ground)
they only have plain meadows.... nopenope.

You must be speaking of walking through a goddamn jungle! I just want a nice forest. With a pond. With tadpoles (OMG THERE ARE HUNDREDS IN THE POND NEAR HERE ATM THEY'RE SO INCREDIBLY CUTE!). *SQUEEEEE*
and newts. (omgomgomg so cute!)

@Snovvy: I searched for "Honeymoon effect" out of a gut feeling but ended up finding something about a book someone wrote that had nothing to do with gain weight so I got frustrated and gave up xD.
I know pests come with outdoors. I especially realised that when I felt something tickle my arm and I saw a huge black mosquito thrusting its straw into my arm on my way back ; A ; EEEEEK. But that's why you wear suitable clothes so those pests can't crawl up on you.
I had zits as a kid,... NO MORE!
one sat on my eyelid will never understand why (I thought they prefer dark and moist/hairy areas? wtf!) but I'm glad they removed it quickly @.@... yuck. NEVER AGAIN THOUGHHH.

I've also found leeches before playing around in the river here (well, around a shallow area without current. Not gonna swim out there, far too scared of depth and of a current taking me along), they were still skinny and hiding under rocks. NO WAY I'M GONNA LET THEM SUCK ME.

I really love nature. Including its insects and all, I don't mind them as long as they don't go after my juices ; A ; (that also includes flies. If I were able to I'd send the flies that wanna sit down on the corner of my mouth in the morning through living goddamn hell for an entire century *rage*)

@Snovvy: I've never worked out but I really freaking love water and nature. I'd go out much more if I'd have someone but thanks to my 3-shift work and the only people I could do it with having moved away (or spending every weekend in a diff city) I'm doomed to stay at home.
May sound like a cheap excuse but I'm too scared to walk through the forest all by myself. It was already scary on saturday when I tried to find the stag beetle an oak tree (and I followed small pathways where I found logs rotting) and I passed a group of sketchy males near my favorite pond.
When I was at the pond with a friend of mine some old guy appeared from the woods and talked to us about toads wandering around. he was kind of persistent... *shudder* so yeah..

and I wouldn't wanna go swimming by myself either I have a coworker that would do it with me but we keep having diff shifts... fml.

FIND THE TERM FOR ME.
I tried to see if it may be called honeymoon effect but that turned out to be something else (some book by some doc guy)
*frust*
@SoulBlade: Yeah I found it convenient too before but they just can't replace the smooth feeling of a soft pencil. The ones I've had could only draw light, dull grey lines. Soft pencils get much closer to black and they glide over the paper much more easily and these are just plain freaking epic.

I hope that won't happen to me, I actually plan on getting much fitter with my partner once we marry/live together lol.

Openly sexual really is a good thing as long as you don't include/affect others with it.

I really dislike it when people read things aloud, it annoys me so much because they could read it perfectly fine within their heads. Unless it's like people who have a hard time processing words such as dyslexics, then that's different. I dislike people who make their voices really cutesy when it looks and sounds disgusting on them. I hate people that backstab, because then my trust for them is gone. I also hate it when overweight people wear tight clothing and shorts, it's just unappealing. I hate a lot of things, tbh. xD
But I love mashed potatoes so much it's not even funny. I could probably eat it for the rest of my life and not get sick of it :') as well as ketchup. And Pokemon. And K-pop. And earrings! <3
