Well, you have loads actually, but its within a certain range, LT3 alliance is all legit to each other within the alliance. But its never sure how thrustworthy someone is, because even Jchan as mentioned above, can be a scammer if he needs some cash, no one will believe the small guy he scammed because of his REP, so its kinda hard to say whys legit and who isnt

Doesn't matter how wellknown someone is, you should always record the transaction if it can't be done via one trade.
