every class could have highest of all of those with % equips

Any character with end game gear/potentials. Accuracy doesn't do anything anymore, missing is based on character level difference.

The highest avoidability i guess it is dualblade as its luk based and i believe it gets the highest dodge and avoid from skills.

As for the highest accuracy one, its basically any dex based one( bowman classes and dex pirates). Anyways accuracy its a useless stat, in fact it doesnt even increase your accuracy when hitting monsters, it only matters for that inner ability that boosts another stat by a % of your accuracy and it is a negligible increase so it isnt worth it.

I noticed on my wind archer I got debuffed and hit way less than on my marksman but I think it was only because of the link skill's resistance to status effects.

Archers for sure. I have max weapon accuracy and really high avoidability (rarely get hit while bossing by undodgeable skills)

Nexon keeps changing how all these stats work. So I'm trying to figure out if accuracy increases damage if it hits or if it only affects whether we hit a monster or not. If we are the same level as a monster wouldn't we hit it anyways unless they used a debuff on us like blind. Maybe when we are blinded, it is the only time accuracy is actually good if we do not have all cure potions or something to remove blind. If we are blinded and we have really high accuracy would that mean that it is possible that blind only makes us miss less?

Highest accuracy would definitely go to archers, they have pretty decent avoid too with skills like Illusion Step too (it's the archer version of shadow shifter). Unfortunately all that accuracy doesn't count for much. It used to required to hit monsters to some extent but now it's all based on level so accuracy is pretty much useless.

Thief has really good avoid as well, I think it's better than archers? (correct me if I'm wrong).

I read in the character stats that dex gives both but luk only gives avoid

for normal classes it's 10k on both.

Not sure what has highest base hp, DA has most hp hp though.
