Is it in your inventory? Also, the NPC may only delete NX items that don't expire (or not removed from inventory when expire).

You can probably just toss the medal.. just drop it off the inventory window.

Im trying to delete the newb duck hat, shirt, medal, and pants.

I think he meant use it for the RED clothes that can't be moved to cs.

I may be wrong but even event NX clothes must be in your first equip slot for it to work... I think o.o
