Where are the top hats?
Hiya all.
I am trying to make my character look similiar to Kagetane Hiruko from the anime Black bullet.
Getting straight t the point, does anyone know where i can get a top hat? I'm talking about a normal top hat (with or without the red stripe, doesn't matter) that doesn't have any other "stuff" on it, like the bunny top hat with the bunny ears. Just a plain top hat.

@nevoremore0009: There's the Masked Gentleman's Hat which is purple with a yellow band. I'm not too sure how to obtain it - maybe around Halloween?
I also have a Zombie Hunter Hat but that one has a feather.
