Assuming the T stands for Tespia, I don't see anything up on the site. I tried downloading the game, but apparently, you have to install some kind of program before they let you do that. To register, you need a permit of some sort, which you need something like a ssn. That's all I got from the website~

you probably still need a ssn to sign up for an account, or at least play for more than 3hours.

I have no idea, but I hope that's how it works I mean it does let you dl regular CMS without being registered.
