Help with my emp cane
I was wondering what should i aim for the pot stats on my cane and which neb is ideal for the cane, my ideas were either 18% pdr or 2%luk if i get high luk% on my can. But now I am not sure which pot would produce the most increase in damg. BTW i am trying tp perfect my cane so far 155 atk 3L epic so far.

Do you have 100% PDR, including with skills?
If not, go with the PDR neb.
15% PDR = 4.5% damage
