Advice on closet
Since I'm taking a break from my paladin for a bit, I'm moving onto MM -> BM (will class change at 200 or so). This means after years of going for a trap look, I'm also changing my fashion style for my new character. I've done all star hair and royal face for him already and gotten both blue lopped ear hair and peculiar hair, blue marble eyes and puppy eyes. They are both saved so I can alternate between the hairs and face whenever I want, but I'm having a problem with his outfit. I don't want a monochrome blue look because that's easy to pull off, is there any combination that looks good with blue peculiar hair + puppy eyes, blue pec hair with marble eyes, lop eared + puppy, lop eared + marble.
My theme would be mischievous child (marble eyes) or innocent child (puppy eyes). If you can list the items, I'll take a test of it on a maple clothing sims. Thanks!

You're on the right track! All that needs to be changed is the beard - IMO it needs to be thicker to match the volume of your hair. Sadly that's impossible, since Nexon hasn't given us such options to begin with. Which is a shame because I would make more male characters if we were allowed to look as manly as [url=http://www.hidden-street.net/sites/default/files/images/npc/7c2a34f2bdbca65569642696f186b3a5.png]this guy[/url]. But you've done pretty well with what you were given to work with, it's just that if Nexon gave us more options, you could take your look even further.
Actually you reminded me of another Basiler just now. @ThatMan pulls off the manly look really well.

EDIT1: A bit challenging since the long hair detracts from the childish theme you're trying to aim for, but I'll keep trying.

In all fairness Nexon hasn't given us many options that turn our characters into macho, stern men with manly facial hair.
I wish everything didn't have to be so darn cutesy all the time.
